The importance of research methodology seminars In order to enable you to complete your research project, it is usual for HEIs to provide modules or a series of seminars on research methodology. Typically, these focus on topics such as: undertaking a research project; working with your supervisor; choosing an appropriate research methodology; reading for, planning and writing your thesis; citation and referencing; and presenting your research project. I have already outlined some aspects of working with your supervisor.
