Personnel requirements For a research reactor to acquire a capability in real time radiography, the full time attention of one engineer in the operating organization will be required. On-site shop mechanics may be used to fabricate and install filters and collimators under the supervision of operations personnel. A technician will be required. The image processors and host computer will need to be purchased from vendors.

A procedure must be developed by a professional staff member for each type of radiograph performed. After the procedure is tested, a technician should be capable of performing the work.
